IMPORTANT EXHIBITOR UPDATE EMAIL
All exhibitors will receive an exhibitor update email 6 weeks prior to the event. The email will contain links to the exhibitor information pack, compulsory exhibitor pass and induction form, and the exhibitor bump in scheduling form.
Within the exhibitor email issued 6 weeks prior to the event you will find links to additional compulsory forms and information:

COMPULSORY EXHIBITOR FORMS – DUE 11th MARCH
All exhibitors are requested to complete the following compulsory exhibitor forms before Friday 11th March 2022. It is the exhibitors responsibility to complete and submit the forms to comply with work place health and safety and for inclusion within event marketing.
1. COMPULSORY POWER AND RISK ASSESSMENT FORM
ALL EXHIBITORS, FOOD VENDORS AND ENTERTAINMENT attending this event MUST complete the compulsory power and risk assesment form.
2. COMPULSORY EVENT GUIDE & WEBSITE LISTING FORM
ALL EXHIBITORS AND FOOD VENDORS attending this event MUST complete the compulsory event guide and website listing form. This forms part of your marketing package and includes details for the event guide and website directory.
Discount Codes for your Clients
Promote your involvement in the event by offering your clients, followers and friends a unique early bird discount code with a 25% discount when purchasing tickets online. This code will be unique to your business!! We will also send you a personalised poster and social media graphics containing your code to get your promotion going!
Optional Exhibitor Forms
To provide Australian Events with authority to accept deliveries on your behalf at the event, please complete this form. Australian Events will not accept any delivery of goods without this form completed and submitted PRIOR to the event.
